We want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Renegade® Hoof Boots are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in clean, like-new condition.

Clean and Inspect

Ensure the boots are free of dirt, hair, and debris; returns must be in original, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.

Secure Packaging

Pack the boots securely in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Ship and Track

Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
